ONLINE PARADE APPLICATION

ENTRY
Parking begins at 7:30am. You are welcome to show up before then to get in line. Please approach on Greenwood/Phinney Ave from the south (see map). Once parked, your vehicle must remain until 5pm. No early exit.

Car Clubs park first directly on their designated block, then pre-registered vehicles via Entry at 67th, then day-of-show registrations. If you have any questions, please contact us or call JR at 206.930.3033

CAR CLUBS

To all clubs or groups that have communicated and planned ahead with JR:

DO NOT GO THROUGH THE REGISTRATION LINE AT 67th

Enter Greenwood Ave from the closest intersection to the south of where you are parking and turn north to park in your designated spots. All other pre-registered vehicles will go to 67th facing northbound and enter through the entry line.

This is to allow clubs to park together and take a massive load off of the entry line so everyone’s experience is easier.

All car clubs parking in groups need to be in and parked no later than 7:30am. If you have not communicated with us do not assume you have a spot.

PLEASE CALL JR TO CONFIRM YOUR PLACEMENT, UNLESS YOU HAVE ALREADY SPOKEN TO HIM.

VENDORS

All vendors must drop off all product and materials, with their delivery vehicles unloaded and off Greenwood Ave N no later than 7:30am. You do not have to be set up or operational until the the show starts at 9am. PLEASE CALL JR TO CONFIRM YOUR PLACEMENT, UNLESS YOU HAVE ALREADY SPOKEN TO HIM.

GREENWOOD SEAFAIR PARADE

6:00pm: Parade of Cars
6:30pm: Greenwood Seafair Parade

The Greenwood Seafair Parade is back! The new parade route is heading north on Greenwood Ave from 73rd to 80th.

At 5pm, Car Show participants are free to either leave, move north on Greenwood Ave to the Late Car Show section north of 85th St, or loop around to the Staging Area on 67th to join the Parade of Cars at 6pm (followed by the Greenwood Seafair Parade at 6:30pm).
