Our sponsors’ financial support along with vehicle entry fees enable the Greenwood Knights Car Club to donate thousands of dollars every year to community nonprofits, such as the Greenwood Senior Center, the Greenwood Food Bank/Volunteers of America and the Hydroplane and Raceboat Museum. We contribute to automotive-related scholarships, too.

Donations distributed since 2009 have totaled more than $71,000.

The Greenwood Car Show is a great community event for Les Schwab to be involved in. Many new and old customers drop by to see us. And the Les Schwab Car Club has had classic cars there, which brought up good memories for people. The first time our store manager, Steve Jackson, came to the event, he was blown away by the huge number of vehicles and spectators. The car show is well worth our time and support.

I sponsor the Greenwood Car Show because it’s in my neighborhood. It brings a lot of people to Greenwood and raises money for the community. We’ve had a vendor booth selling food at the car show, and there’s a real energy and excitement that day with all the people who come to see the great cars.
